Domestic orders typically process within 1-2 business days and ship via USPS or UPS. International shipping times vary by destination but generally take 7-14 business days. Tracking information is automatically emailed once your package leaves our Minnesota facility.
Do you offer a warranty on your components?
Yes, we stand behind our engineering. Wolf Tooth offers a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper installation or crashes.
What is your return policy for unused items?
We accept returns on new, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a small restocking fee may apply to certain precision-machined parts.
Are Wolf Tooth components compatible with 12-speed drivetrains?
Most of our Drop-Stop chainrings are specifically designed to work with 12-speed chains, including SRAM Eagle and Shimano HG+. Please check the specific 'Drop-Stop' tooth profile (ST, A, or B) listed in the product description to match your specific chain type.
