  Ensure your components are in their original packaging, have not been mounted or used on a bike, and were purchased directly from our website within the last 30 days.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different specification.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our Minnesota facility.

  Inspection and Refund
